PUZZLE 360 • REAL LIFE

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Puzzle 360 handles information when you use the game, including locally stored game progress and advertising services provided through Google AdMob.

Effective date: August 12, 2026  •  Last updated: August 12, 2026

1. Introduction

Wiskil Labs (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to Puzzle 360 (“the Game,” “the App,” or “Puzzle 360”), a mobile puzzle game in which players explore real-world-inspired panoramic scenes, complete puzzle challenges, unlock levels, earn progress, and adjust game settings.

This policy describes the information that may be stored or processed when you use Puzzle 360, the purposes for which that information may be used, the role of third-party services such as Google AdMob, and the choices available to users.

2. Information You Provide Directly

Puzzle 360 does not require users to create an account, register a username, or provide a name, postal address, telephone number, date of birth, government identification number, or payment information in order to play the core game.

If you contact us voluntarily by email, we may receive the information contained in your message, such as your email address, the content of your request, and any technical information you choose to provide. We use that information only to respond to your inquiry, provide support, investigate technical issues, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Game Progress and Settings Stored on Your Device

Puzzle 360 stores certain gameplay information locally on your device so that the game can remember your progress and preferences. Depending on the version of the game, this may include:

This local gameplay information is not intended to identify you personally and is generally stored on the device rather than in a Puzzle 360 online account. If you uninstall the App, clear the App's local storage, reset your device, or remove the relevant local files, your saved progress may be permanently lost.

4. Advertising Through Google AdMob

Puzzle 360 may display advertisements using Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Advertising helps support the continued development, maintenance, and availability of the Game.

Google Mobile Ads may automatically process certain technical and advertising-related information. According to Google's documentation, this can include information such as:

The exact data processed by Google may depend on your device, operating system, region, privacy settings, consent choices, Google services configuration, and the version of the Google Mobile Ads SDK.

Google's handling of data is governed by Google's own policies. You can learn more through the Google Privacy Policy and Google's Advertising Privacy information.

5. Advertising ID

On supported Android devices, advertising services may use the Android Advertising ID or other identifiers when available and permitted by the operating system and applicable privacy settings. These identifiers may be used for advertising, frequency capping, measurement, fraud prevention, analytics, or related purposes.

Users may be able to reset, delete, limit, or otherwise control advertising identifiers through Android or Google account privacy settings. The options available can vary by Android version, device manufacturer, region, and account configuration.

6. Personalized and Non-Personalized Ads

Depending on applicable law, your location, your consent choices, your Google settings, and the advertising configuration used by the App, advertisements may be personalized, non-personalized, limited, or delivered using other privacy-preserving modes supported by Google.

Where consent or privacy choices are required by applicable law, the App or Google's advertising services may present appropriate notices or choices. The availability and appearance of those controls can differ by country or region.

7. Third-Party Services

Puzzle 360 may rely on third-party platforms or services for distribution, advertising, device compatibility, security, or other technical functions. These may include Google Play, Android, Google AdMob, and related Google services.

These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Wiskil Labs does not control every aspect of information independently processed by those services.

8. Google Play

Puzzle 360 is distributed through Google Play. Google may independently process information related to app downloads, installations, updates, device compatibility, security, account activity, store interactions, reviews, purchases where applicable, diagnostics, and other platform functions.

Information handled directly by Google Play is subject to Google's privacy practices and not solely to this Privacy Policy.

9. Information We Do Not Intentionally Request for Core Gameplay

The core Puzzle 360 gameplay experience is not designed to require access to your contacts, private messages, call history, microphone recordings, precise GPS location, health information, biometric information, or personal photo library.

If future versions introduce a feature that requires a new sensitive permission, we will review whether this Privacy Policy needs to be updated and will use the appropriate Android permission mechanisms where required.

10. Panorama Images and Game Assets

Puzzle 360 includes panoramic scenes, level thumbnails, puzzle graphics, interface graphics, music, sound effects, and other assets used to create the gameplay experience. These assets may be processed locally by the Game to generate puzzle pieces, identify gameplay regions, display scenes, or determine whether a puzzle piece has been placed correctly.

These functions relate to the Game's own content and are not intended to analyze private photographs stored on your device.

11. Audio

The Game may play background music and sound effects stored as part of the App. Audio preferences may be saved locally on your device. Puzzle 360 does not require microphone access simply to play its built-in music or sound effects.

12. How Information May Be Used

Information processed in connection with Puzzle 360 may be used to:

13. Data Sharing

We do not sell your locally stored Puzzle 360 progress as personal information. However, third-party services such as Google AdMob and Google Play may process or share information as described in their own documentation and privacy policies for purposes such as advertising, analytics, measurement, security, and fraud prevention.

Information may also be disclosed if required by applicable law, legal process, court order, or a lawful request from a competent governmental authority.

14. Data Retention

Local gameplay data is generally retained on your device until it is changed, reset, cleared, or deleted. Wiskil Labs does not currently provide a Puzzle 360 cloud account that stores your complete game progress on our own servers.

Data processed by third-party services is subject to the retention practices of those third parties. Please review their privacy documentation for additional information.

15. Deleting Local Game Data

Because Puzzle 360 does not require an online account for core gameplay, users can generally remove locally stored game progress by clearing the App's storage through Android settings or by uninstalling Puzzle 360. This may permanently erase completed levels, unlocked content, stars, and saved preferences.

16. Data Security

We use a data-minimization approach and seek to avoid collecting information that is not necessary for the normal operation and monetization of the Game. Nevertheless, no mobile application, device, network, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are encouraged to keep their operating system and applications updated and to use reasonable security measures on their devices.

17. Children's Privacy

Puzzle 360 is a general puzzle and entertainment game. The Game is not designed to require children to submit personal contact information in order to play.

Advertising and consent requirements for children can vary by country, age, audience configuration, and applicable platform rules. Where required, we intend to configure advertising and privacy controls in accordance with applicable laws and Google Play or Google AdMob requirements.

Parents or guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information directly to us may contact us using the information at the end of this policy.

18. International Users

Puzzle 360 may be available in multiple countries. Privacy and data-protection laws vary by jurisdiction. Where applicable law grants users specific rights regarding personal information that we control, we will make reasonable efforts to honor valid requests subject to legal requirements and exceptions.

19. EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Consent Rights

Users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other jurisdictions may have privacy rights relating to consent, access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability where applicable.

Advertising services may provide consent or privacy-choice interfaces depending on the user's region and applicable requirements. Users may also manage certain Google advertising choices through their Google account and device settings.

20. California and Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, residents of certain U.S. states may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, or certain uses of personal information. Where these laws apply to information under our control, users may contact us to submit a request.

21. No Sale of Local Gameplay Progress

Wiskil Labs does not sell your locally stored puzzle completion history, stars, language setting, or sound preferences as a standalone database of personal information.

Advertising services may independently use information for advertising and related purposes as explained in their own privacy notices.

22. Automated Gameplay Decisions

Puzzle 360 uses automated game logic to determine puzzle placement, completion status, level unlocking, difficulty progress, stars, and other gameplay events. These automated decisions are solely for entertainment and gameplay purposes and are not intended to make legal, financial, employment, credit, insurance, health, or other similarly significant decisions about users.

23. External Links

Puzzle 360, its store listing, or this website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of independently operated third-party services. Users should review the privacy policy of any external service they visit.

24. Future Features

Puzzle 360 may evolve over time. Future releases may add new levels, advertising formats, rewarded advertisements, analytics, cloud saving, online features, achievements, accounts, social features, or other functionality.

If a future feature materially changes how personal information is collected, used, stored, or shared, we will update this Privacy Policy as appropriate.

25. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to Puzzle 360, third-party services, legal requirements, platform requirements, or our privacy practices. When we update the policy, we may revise the “Last updated” date shown at the top of this page.

We encourage users to review this page periodically, especially after installing significant Game updates.
